Free shipping

We offer free shipping for Canada and United States. We ship almost everywhere in Canada and in the United States. Some exclusions apply, such as the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

We take the quality of our packaging very seriously and ensure adequate testing and certifications are done so that your products are delivered in good condition. If inadvertently a misfortune occurs during transportation and you have damaged parts, please fill out the online form. * Important to note: it can happen that the boxes are big and heavy too. We suggest you check the weight of the product to make sure you are able to carry it. It may be a good idea to contact a friend to help you move the box(es). The weight of the item(s) is available on the product page in the "dimensions" section.

Orders

An order is normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving date. Please allow two to seven business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You will be able to follow your order via the carrier's website with your tracking number.

If your order contains more than one product, you may not receive your entire order the same day. To know in advance the number of boxes that will be sent to you, there will be as many boxes as tracking numbers. You will receive these tracking numbers when confirming your order by email.

Return policy

We put every effort into the quality and design of our products to please our customers. Unfortunately, you may still change your mind or be dissatisfied with your purchase. At that point, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. However, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which you received it. We may ask for proof of purchase and pictures of the product before approving the return.

All returns, once approved by our customer service team, need be shipped at the buyer’s expense and returned to our warehouse located at 3175 Blvd des Entreprises, Terrebonne, QC, Canada, J6X 4J9.

 

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are a final sale and therefore non-refundable.
